communications services via satellite, namely telephone, telex, telegram, data transmission, facsimile transmission, radio, mobile radio, television broadcasting transmission, cable television broadcasting transmission, subscription television broadcasting, and cable radio transmission, all such services being provided in either analog or digital modes of transmission or any combination of such modes, and all such services being provided between points that may be located either on land, including but not limited to fixed and land mobile units, on the seas or any other body of water or upon aeronautical craft; communications services for the lodging industry or any other industry providing accommodations to one or more persons, including the hospital, nursing home and cruise ship industries, provided within a facility or establishment in any such industry and relating to 1) the provision of movies, television programs and/or other video or audio entertainment via television sets located in the facility or establishment, 2) the provision of information between a guest and the facility's or establishment's computer(s) via television set in a guest's rooms, and/or 3) the provision of interactive services to a guest via a television set in a guest's room, including but not limited to such interactive services as video games, reference services and video shopping services; communication services for the provision of telephone, facsimile, radio, video, telex, telegram and data transmission services via wired or wireless systems connecting a central point to multiple user locations in thinly populated areas and for the connection of one or more such central points to each other and/or to other communications networks or sources/destinations
