The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a rectangular-shaped clear glass bottle which displays certain additional two-dimensional and three-dimensional word and design elements as noted below, as well as a blue rectangular-shaped molded plastic bottle cap. On the front of the bottle, the two-dimensional wording "BOTANIC" appears in blue. Beneath the wording "BOTANIC" on the front of the bottle, the two-dimensional wording "WILLIAMS & HUMBERT" appears in blue. In the center of the front of the bottle, there is a clear three-dimensional relief design of a Buddha sculpted in the glass. An identical clear three-dimensional counter-relief design of a Buddha is sculpted in the glass on the opposite back of the bottle. Beneath the Buddha design on the front of the bottle, the two-dimensional wording "LONDON DRY GIN" appears in blue. Beneath the wording "LONDON DRY GIN" on the front of the bottle, there is a two-dimensional design consisting of three clear identical design elements in tear drop shape appearing in a row against a blue square background. On the side of the bottle, there is a three-dimensional clear relief sculpted in the glass which shows the wording "BOTANIC". Underneath this wording "BOTANIC", there is a clear three-dimensional relief design of a tree sculpted in the glass. Underneath this tree design, there is a clear three-dimensional relief sculpted in the glass which shows the wording "LONDON DRY GIN". The identical wording and design features appear on the opposite side of the bottle. At the back of the side of the bottle, the corner of the cap protrudes down and wraps around this corner of the bottle. This is the only corner of the bottle where the cap protrudes down. The bottom of the bottle bears a concave bevel shape which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
